Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

How to Start a Return

1. Email Support@holdtightbaby.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide return instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
3. Once we receive your item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

Exchanges

• We offer free size exchanges to ensure the best fit for your baby.
• For Pre-Order: If your size verification email goes unanswered before shipping, your original size selection will be sent.
